Cancellation/Returns
Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. HI-TECH POWER SYSTEM reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Need to change something about your order or just want it cancelled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (It is because most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though the order was cancelled and refunded.).
Exchanges

Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 15 Days (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Shipping Returns
After your return is approved by our technical team, proceed to return your product by mail to: HI-TECH POWER SYSTEMS, Beside Primary School, Balad Kothi, Bhawanigarh, PUNJAB-148026.
Regarding the product that needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos/videos of damaged products to us at ezyclerk@gmail.com. We will estimate the damages and decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
